If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your payment account in the amount of the charge.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm our acceptance of the order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the product. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway providers, ensuring the safety of your financial information.
DreamWeave Furnishings specializes in custom-made soft furniture. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, the following conditions apply:
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all design specifications, measurements, and fabric choices provided to us. We will not be responsible for errors in the final product resulting from inaccurate information provided by you. It is highly recommended that you review all specifications with one of our design consultants, such as Aaliyah Chen, at a consultation in our Toronto showroom.
Production times for custom furniture can vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We will provide you with an estimated completion date upon order confirmation. Please note that this is an estimate and is subject to change. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Custom furniture orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order before production starts, you may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover any costs incurred up to that point.
DreamWeave Furnishings provides a limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. We ship our products throughout Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. We use reputable carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, to ensure safe and timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation. Please note that this is an estimate and is subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully for any damage. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Toronto, Ontario. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
